Morrowind

Morrowind

Released June 6, 2017 - PC/Mac, Consoles - Patch Notes

This Update was the first that introduced a DLC of a special sort, a so-called chapter, also called "extension" in other games. Due to its complexity, size and massive gameplay content it was introduced as a chapter, which could also be purchased as exclusive copies, such as Collector's Editions with real items, such as artbooks and statues.

It would also be one of the first story arcs that would span over one year of content to be released, starting with Vvardenfell, the home of the godking Vivec, beginning the storyline “Daedric War”.

It also brought a new playable class into the game, the Warden and introduced a new PvP game that was called Battlegrounds. These were independent of alliance and were greatly reduced in size.
