Summerset concludes the "Daedric War" story arc and brings us an entire island, much like Vvardenfell, with lots of quests and places to explore. For the first time we have something that can be considered as a "World Event" aside from the daedric anchors, in which Geysers have to be defeated and a reward waits at the end. ESO players also got two new skill lines, the Jewelry Crafting skill line and the Psijic Order skill line which both became very important game elements. Another "Mini Trial" was also added with Cloudrest.

- Jewelry obtained before Update 18 can't be deconstructed
- Jewelry can be transmuted for 50 Transmute Stones

- Arcane: Increases Magicka
- Healthy: Increases Health

- A ring is rewarded for completing the Summerset main quest line
- A necklace is rewarded for completing the Psijic main quest line
- Pulverized Dawn-Prisms can be found in Seams all over the world, but are more common in Summerset
- Harmony: Increases the power of activated Synergy effects
- You can occasionally earn a Harmony Ring or Necklace by completing a Weekly Trial quest at any difficulty
- Earn Dibellium by completing a Weekly Trial quest
- Swift: Increases non-mounted movement speed
- Complete daily Jewelry Crafting Writs
- Gilding Wax are sold by Rolis Hlaalu for 20 Vouchers
- Infused: Increases the power of the Enchantment on that piece of Jewelry
- Infused Rings or Necklaces can drop from Psijic Portals all over Tamriel (Psijic Order passive required)
- Aurbic Amber or Pulverized Aurbic Amber come from Psijic Portals
- Protective: Increases Physical and Spell Resistance
- Protective Rings or Necklaces drop from Undaunted Chests
- Titanium or Pulverized Titanium come from the first Dungeon LFG completed per day, per character
- Bloodthirsty: Increases the damage dealt to low-health foes

Crafting achievements
- True Style Master
- "Fledgling Style Master", "Budding Style Master", and "True Style Master" require 10, 25, and 50 Motifs fully learned, respectively
- Completing the True Style Master achievement will earn the title, "Style Master"
- Grand Master Crafter
- Completing the "Grand Master Crafter" meta-achievement requires mastery of all tradeskills, including Jewelry Crafting
- It will give the title, "Grand Master Crafter" as well as a new Outfit Style for one-handed weapons, the Skyforge Smith Hammer
Giant Clams
- Giant Clams in Summerset coastal regions can be looted for assorted materials and occasional clam furnishings
- Mother of Pearl is a defensive alchemical reagent
- Clam Gall is an offensive alchemical reagent

- Psijic Style Motif
- Complete activities on Summerset for the chapters, book and style item.
- Psijic drops have a higher chance depending on your rank in the skill line.
- Sapiarch Style Motif
- Turn in daily quests for the Divine Prosecution in Alinor for the chapters, book and style item.
- Fang Lair Style Motif
- Chapters drop from bosses, more so on Veteran than Normal
- Scalecaller style Motif
- Chapters drop from bosses, more so on Veteran than Normal
