The Gold Coast Bazaar is a new in-game storefront in The Elder Scrolls Online (ESO), designed to give players a reliable way to earn classic, limited-time collectible rewards. Launching on March 25, 2026, the Bazaar eliminates "FOMO" by bringing back legacy items that were only available during specific events or promotions

What Is the ESO Gold Road Bazaar?

The Gold Road Bazaar is a seasonal collectible store that allows players to earn and spend a new currency, Trade Bars, on older rewards. This new currency is designed to reward active gameplay and cannot be purchased directly with Crowns.

Gold Road Bazar exists to:

  • Improve accessibility to legacy items
  • Reduce reliance on limited-time promotions
  • Greater player agency and long-term progression

ESO Trade Bars Explained: The New Bazaar Currency

Trade Bars are the exclusive currency used in the Gold Road Bazaar. They reward active play and replace Event Tickets entirely.

How to Earn Trade Bars

You can earn Trade Bars through three primary methods:

  • The Tamriel Tome: This is the primary source of Trade Bars. In Season Zero, the free track offers up to 9,000 Trade Bars, while the paid versions add another 1,500.
  • Participate in various in-game activities and Events.
  • There is no limit to how many Trade Bars you can hold at once.

The Event Ticket Conversion

On March 9, 2026 (Update 49), Trade Bars will officially replace Event Tickets. All existing tickets in your inventory will convert automatically.

  • Conversion Rate: 1 Event Ticket = 100 Trade Bars.
