The Psijic Order skill-line is part of the "Guild" category in the Elder Scrolls Online. The Psijic Order skill-line has active skills and passives. The Psijic Order is a mysterious and ancient order of mages that will help you to increase your combat capabilities. The Psijic Order can be found in the Artaeum zone.

How do you unlock the Psijic Order skill-line?


To unlock the Psijic Order skill-line you have to join the Psijic Order in the Artaeum zone, which is only possible if you have access to the Summerset DLC. To be able to access the Artaeum zone, you will have to first complete the "Queen's Decree" quest, you can learn more about this here.

Once you have access to Artaeum, make your way inside the building and find the NPC "Loremaster Celarus", which will introduce you to the Psijic Order questline to unlock the Psijic Order skill-line.

How do you level up the Psijic Order skill-line?


To level up the Psijic Order skill-line in the Elder Scrolls Online you have to complete quests related to the Psijic Order questline. These quests mostly consist of you closing so called "Time Breaches" that show up all over Tamriel. You can learn more about where you can find the "Time Breaches" in the Psijic Order Leveling Guide.

When you cast a Psijic Order ability while you are in combat, you generate a spell charge. When you reach 5 spell charges, you launch a spell orb at the closest enemy to you dealing 1124 Magic Damage or 1124 Physical Damage, whichever is higher. The spell charges must be generated within 10 seconds of each other or all charges will be lost.
