In The Elder Scrolls Online (ESO), the Golden Vendor has three locations, one per alliance, but the items offered are the same everywhere.
Aldmeri Dominion players can find the vendor at Western Elsweyr Gate, Daggerfall Covenant at Northern High Rock Gate, and Ebonheart Pact at Southern Morrowind Gate, all within Cyrodiil. The Golden Vendor is not always present in ESO and only appears from 00:00 UTC on Friday until 12:00 UTC on Monday.

ESO Golden Vendor Location
There are three possible Golden Vendor locations in ESO. Each alliance has its own Golden Vendor location. However, the offered items are the same on all of them.
For the Aldmeri Dominion you will have to enter Cyrodiil and visit the Western Elsweyr Gate.
For the Daggerfall Covenant alliance you will have to visit the Northern High Rock Gate.
And for the Ebonheart Pact alliance you have to visit the Southern Morrowind Gate.
