Fishing: -1
Getting seen pickpocketing, looting a safebox, stealing from a container, or killing an innocent NPC: -10 (shared cooldown)
Getting killed by a guard: -5 (no cooldown)
Willingly paying bounty to a guard after being caught: -25, then -5 for each additional payoff during cooldown (1 hour cooldown)
Choosing the "flee" option after being accosted by a guard: -10
Getting spotted while in a restricted area (trespassing): -10

Approval Ember Rapport:

Completing a Mages Guild daily: +125 (resets at same time as writs/endeavors/etc.)
Completing a Thieves Guild heist without time bonus: +125 (resets at same time as writs/endeavors/etc.)
Completing a High Isle delve daily: +125 (has a cooldown) (resets at same time as writs/endeavors/etc.)
Harvesting a runestone: +1 (1 hour cooldown)
Killing wolves: +1
Killing werewolves: +1
Looting a safebox or thieves trove: +5, then +1 for each additional safebox/trove during cooldown (shared cooldown)
Winning a Tales of Tribute game: +10, then +1 for each additional game during cooldown
Pickpocketing a guard: +10, then +1 for each additional pick during cooldown
Successfully getting away after choosing the flee option when accosted by a guard: +1
Invoking the Clemency perk after being accosted by a guard: +10
Entering a restricted area (trespassing): +1 (maybe only in quest areas? - observed during TG main quest)
Fencing a purple-quality stolen item: +25, then +5 for each additional item during cooldown
Selling a purple-quality item to a regular NPC vendor: +1 (has a cooldown)
Completing a Tip Board quest in the Thieves Den: +5 (has a cooldown)
Using a counterfeit pardon edict: +5
Entering an outlaws refuge or the Thieves Den: +1

Class: Lightning Caller

Raging Storm Raging Storm	Companion creates a thunderstorm that follows the target, striking all enemies within for 956 Shock Damage every 1 second for 8 seconds. The final strike deals 300% additional damage to enemies under 25% Health.
Crystal Blast Crystal Blast	Companion conjures dark crystals to bombard an enemy, dealing 5099 Magic Damage.
Thunderous Strike Thunderous Strike	Companion calls down an explosion of lightning to finish off an enemy, dealing 15296 Shock Damage and an additional 5099 Shock Damage to other nearby enemies. Used when the enemy is below 25% Health.
Shocking Burst Shocking Burst	Companion creates a nexus of storm energy at the target location, instantly dealing 2549 Shock Damage to all enemies in the area and an additional 2862 Shock Damage over 8 seconds.

Class: Mischievous Caster

Hurricane Visage Hurricane Visage	Companion manifests themselves as pure lightning, zapping nearby enemies with electricity dealing 2538 Shock Damage over 8 seconds. While in this form their damage taken is reduced by 20%.
Trickster's Trap Trickster's Trap	Companion dazzles an enemy in a ball of magic, stunning them for 3 seconds.
Entomb Entomb	Companion uses binding magic to immobilize enemies in front of them for 4 seconds and heal themselves for 7425 Health over 8 seconds.

Class: Playful Schemer

Quick Fix Quick Fix	Companion patches themselves or an ally with restorative magic, healing for 4950 Health. Used when Companion or an ally is below 75% Health.
Second Wind Second Wind	Companion uses their backup resources, reducing the cooldown of all their other abilities by 5 seconds.
Shared Wards Shared Wards	Companion conjures wards made of energy for protection, granting a damage shield for them and their nearby allies that absorbs 2475 damage for 6 seconds. Targets affected by the shield are also healed for 2475 Health over 8 seconds.

Weapon: Bow

Trick Shot Trick Shot	Companion fires a burst of arrows to pin enemies in front of them, dealing 2475 Physical Damage and immobilizing them for 4 seconds.
Piercing Arrow Piercing Arrow	Companion plants a masterfully aimed arrow in an enemy's vital spot, dealing 4950 Physical Damage.
Viper's Bite Viper's Bite	Companion shoots an arrow covered in Baandari poison at an enemy, dealing 2475 Poison Damage and an additional 7424 Poison Damage over 8 seconds.

Weapon: Destruction Staff

Destructive Blast Destructive Blast	Companion blasts an enemy with magic, dealing 4950 Magic Damage. Flame Blast knocks them back 8 meters and stuns them for 2.5 seconds. Frost Blast taunts them for 15 seconds. Shock Blast deals an additional 2475 Shock Damage to all other enemies around them.
Elemental Barricade Elemental Barricade	Companion slams their staff down to create an elemental wall in front of them, dealing 4941 Magic Damage over 8 seconds.
Arcane Nova Arcane Nova	Companion releases a surge of magic to enemies around them, dealing 4950 Magic Damage. Fire Nova applies the Burning status effect. Frost Nova applies the Chill status effect. Shock Nova applies the Concussion status effect.

Weapon: Dual Wield

Swift Assault Swift Assault	Companion floods an enemy with steel, battering them with five consecutive attacks that each deal 990 Physical Damage.
Spinning Steel Spinning Steel	Companion launches themselves in a lethal spin, dealing 2475 Physical Damage to nearby enemies. Deals triple damage to enemies below 25% Health.
Razor Cape Razor Cape	Companion envelops themselves in a ring of floating razors, dealing 990 Physical Damage to nearby enemies every 2 seconds for 8 seconds. The razors also shield them from attacks, reducing their damage taken by 20%.

Weapon: One Hand and Shield

Provoke Provoke	Companion thrusts their weapon with disciplined precision at an enemy, dealing 2475 Physical Damage and taunting the enemy to attack them for 15 seconds. Used when the enemy is not already taunted.
Bashing Bulwark Bashing Bulwark	Companion rushes an enemy and rams them, stunning them for 4 seconds.
On Guard On Guard	Companion bolsters their defenses, granting a damage shield that absorbs up to 25% of their Max Health for 6 seconds.

Weapon: Restoration Staff

Rejuvenation Rejuvenation	Companion shares their staff's life-giving energy, healing themselves and a nearby ally for 4950 Health over 8 seconds.
Mending Incantation Mending Incantation	Companion slams their staff down to activate its blessings, healing themselves and allies in front of them for 2475 Health. The blessing also grants 7000 Spell and Physical Resistance for 8 seconds.
Mystic Fortress Mystic Fortress	Companion calls on their staff's strength to protect themselves or the lowest health ally around them, granting a damage shield that absorbs 14850 damage. Used when Companion or an ally is below 25% Health.

Weapon: Two Handed

Staggering Swing Staggering Swing	Companion slams an enemy with an upward swing and sends them flying, dealing 4950 Physical Damage, stunning them for 2.5 seconds, and knocking them back 4 meters.
Sunder Sunder	Companion slices all enemies in front of them with a mighty swing, dealing 2475 Physical Damage and an additional 2472 Physical Damage over 8 seconds.
Sever Sever	Companion spins around and strikes an enemy down, dealing 14850 Physical Damage. Used when the enemy is below 25% Health.

Armor: Heavy Armor

Bulwark Bulwark	Companion becomes an unstoppable defender, blocking and reflecting all attacks for 5 seconds. Used when Companion is below 75% Health and is fighting a difficult monster.
Firmness Firmness	Increases healing received by 1% for each piece of Heavy Armor equipped. Increases the amount of damage blocked by 1% for each piece of Heavy Armor equipped.

Armor: Light Armor

Haste Haste	Companion focuses their magical energies inward, resetting the cooldown of all their other abilities.
Flow Flow	Increases healing done by 1% for each piece of Light Armor equipped. Decreases the cooldown of Break Free by 5% for each piece of Light Armor equipped. Current cooldown: 12 seconds.

Armor: Medium Armor

Vanish Vanish	Companion disappears in a puff of smoke, healing to full Health and becoming invisible for 6 seconds. Used when Companion is below 50% Health.
Flexibility Flexibility	Increases damage done by 1% for each piece of Medium Armor equipped. Decreases the cooldown of Roll Dodge by 5% for each piece of Medium Armor equipped. Current cooldown: 8 seconds.

Guild: Fighters Guild

Sniping Silver Sniping Silver	Companion fires a Dawnguard Vampire Hunter's crossbow bolt at an enemy, dealing 4950 Physical Damage. Deals double damage if the enemy is an Undead, Daedra, or Werewolf.
Ritual of Salvation Ritual of Salvation	Companion brands the earth underneath them with a rune of protection for 8 seconds. Standing within the rune reduces the damage they and their allies take by 20%. If the attacker is an Undead, Daedra, or Werewolf the rune reduces damage taken by an additional 20%.
Biting Trap Biting Trap	Companion sets a sharpened blade trap in front of them, which takes 1.5 seconds to arm and lasts for 8 seconds. When an enemy triggers the trap, they are immobilized for 4 seconds. If the enemy is an Undead, Daedra, or Werewolf they take 2475 Physical Damage.

Guild: Mages Guild

Starfall Starfall	Companion calls a comet down from the constellations to blast an enemy, dealing 4950 Flame Damage.
Reverse Entropy Reverse Entropy	Companion envelops an ally with stabilizing magic, healing them for 7420 Health over 8 seconds.
Parallel Parallel	Companion barters with Oblivion for power, generating 50 Ultimate.

Guild: Undaunted

Crimson Font Crimson Font	Companion conjures a fountain of blood to sustain themselves and allies around it, healing for 291 Health every 1 second for 16 seconds. Allies near the fountain can activate the Crimson Funnel synergy, healing for 50% of their Max Health.
Skeletal Aegis Skeletal Aegis	Companion surrounds themselves with a whirlwind of bones, granting a damage shield for 30% of their Max Health for 6 seconds. While the damage shield holds, an ally near them can activate the Bone Aegis synergy, granting them a damage shield for 50% of their Max Health for 6 seconds.
Savage Instinct Savage Instinct	Companion ignites the fires of hate in an enemy's heart, dealing 2475 Magic Damage and taunting the enemy to attack them for 15 seconds. An ally targeting the enemy can activate the Savage Implosion synergy, causing the enemy to implode after 2 seconds dealing 2475 Magic Damage to them and other nearby enemies. Used when the enemy is not already taunted.
