Lucent Citadel is a 12-player trial added to ESO with the Gold Road chapter in 2024. It is found within the West Weald zone.
Not much is known about Lucent Citadel yet. The trial is set in a long-forgotten Daedric Vault, which is most likely related to the forgotten prince Ithelia in some way.
Players can expect a challenging set of new boss and mob encounters with new mechanics. Completing the trial will offer players new item sets, as well as new achievements and collectible rewards. The trial can be played on Normal or Veteran difficulty, with an optional Veteran Hardmode available on the bosses.

(2 items) Adds 4% Healing Taken (3 items) Gain Minor Aegis at all times, reducing your damage taken from Dungeon, Trial, and Arena Monsters by 5%. (4 items) Adds 1206 Maximum Health (5 items) While you have more than 50% Health, increase the Critical Damage and Healing of your group members by 15%. Group members wearing Lucent Echoes cannot benefit from this effect.
While you have 50% or less Health, reduce your Damage Taken from monsters by 20%.

Defeat Count Ryelaz and Zilyesset, the Orphic Shattered Shard, and secure the arcane knot along with all the enemies within the citadel after activating hard mode for all of them, without suffering a group member death, within 35 minutes of entering in Veteran Lucent Citadel.

Travel from the bottom of the sunken ruins tower to the top without leaving the Ghost Light form and without using a sigil to replenish it in Veteran Lucent Citadel.
Secure the arcane knot while always having at least 5 party members supporting the knot carrier at all times excluding the moment where the knot fractures in Veteran Lucent Citadel.
Defeat 50 enemies made vulnerable by the Brilliant Lusterbeam and Bleak Lusterbeam abilities during the encounter with Count Ryelaz and Zilyesset in Lucent Citadel.
Defeat Count Ryelaz and Zilyesset, the Orphic Shattered Shard, and secure the arcane knot after raising the challenge banner in Veteran Lucent Citadel, in one run.
