With this release players were able to bring their crafting to a next level, Crafting Writs (Example: Clothing Crafting Writs). These are dailies that can be performed in all six of the crafting professions; after a certification quest, you can visit notice boards in the major towns to receive your dailies. You can do one in each of the professions each day and completing the writs will earn you Inspiration, which is crafting experience, gold, materials, sometimes recipes or other loot - you also have the chance to receive a crafting survey, which is a treasure map of sorts that will lead you to a stash of high-yield material nodes.
Dungeon scaling and the Undaunted Enclaves have been introduced to the game, making repeated visits to dungeons both challenging and rewarding. With this update, all dungeons are set to scale with the group leader, so that they were no longer trivial and were no longer able to be completed solo.
Veteran City of Ash
Join an Undaunted expedition to assault the Deadlands, realm of the Daedric Prince Mehrunes Dagon. Veteran City of Ash continues the story that began in the original dungeon.

- Located at each alliance capital, two daily quests are now available
- There are two types of Pledges for veteran and non-veteran dungeons
- Completing a Pledge awards a Key, used to unlock Undaunted chests that award a Monster shoulder piece - the second part of the Monster set (the head dropped at the final boss of a Veteran dungeon)

Veteran Rank improvements
- Experience past the level cap is tracked in preparation for Champion Points
- When a Veteran Rank is earned, you will be rewarded with an Attribute Point and a Skill Point
