Straight foward healing. Keep up your HA for major mending. Change skills and cp as you see fit.

“Curative Curse” passive works as Necromancers source of minor mending thats why oakensoul is a staple for my necro healer. Additional 16% in healing and easily proc'd with “Resistant Flesh” ability. 

HOTs work the same as DOTs. More hits the more it crits. Necro specializes in increased crit chance when enemy health is low and ally health is low. 

Refer to “Near death experience” (60% crit heal chance) and “Death Knell” class passives.

For more powerful healing can swap out “Resilience” CP for “Rejuvenator” CP and swap out “Enlivening Overflow” CP for “Focused Mending” CP.

While in PvE swap out “Pains Refuge” for “Spirit mastery”
