One Bar AoE Solo Tank Subclass Dragonknight and Necromancer - Build PvE - ESO

If you don't have Oakensoul Ring, be sure to use Molten Armaments for Major Brutality , Major Sorcery and Empower to keep up the damage (and passive healing from the armor procs).  Beckoning Armor already gives Major Resolve and Minor Resolve, so between those two you will have the bulk of what Oakensoul does for you. 

If you're doing two bars, space on for Deaden Pain can also help out in a pinch with Major Protection while active.  There's also room to add skills that give passive Major/Minor buffs just from being slotted. Many of them on either bar, so you can passively get them without cluttering your main bar:
