Soul Burst - Focus Script

Grants you and your allies a damage shield that absorbs 3805 damage for 6 seconds, scaling off the higher of your Max Health or Magicka and capped at 55% of your Max Health. Beneficial Signature and Affix scripts apply to you or an ally. |

Soul Burst - Signature Script
|
Consumes a Soul Gem to deal 8% of the enemy's Max Health as Oblivion Damage, up to a maximum of 6615. Deals up to 100% more damage to enemies under 50% Health, and can occur once every 3 seconds. |

Consumes a Soul Gem to generate 2 Ultimate, up to once every 3 seconds. |
|
For each enemy within 8 meters, up to 6, gain 50 Weapon and Spell Damage and reduce your damage taken by 2% plus 1% per enemy for 5 seconds. |
|
Removes up to 1 negative effect. |
|
Reduces the Movement Speed of enemies by 30% for 6 seconds. |
|
Deals 1650 Magic Damage over 5 seconds to enemies. |

Heals for 1165 Health over 10 seconds. |

|
Afflicts enemies with Minor Breach for 10 seconds, reducing Physical and Spell Resistance by 2974. |

Grants Minor Courage for 10 seconds, increasing Weapon and Spell Damage by 215. |
|
Grants Minor Expedition for 10 seconds, increasing Movement Speed by 15%. |
|
Grants Minor Intellect and Minor Endurance for 10 seconds, increasing Magicka and Stamina Recovery by 15%. |
|
Interrupts enemies that are casting. |
|
Afflicts enemies with Minor Magickasteal for 10 seconds, restoring 168 Magicka to attackers every 1 second. |
|
Afflicts enemies with Minor Maim for 10 seconds, reducing damage done by 5%. |
|
Grants Minor Resolve for 10 seconds, increasing Physical and Spell Resistance by 2974. |
