This is just my basic build I do veterans with and build off of for HMs.
Flex Spots:
1. Healing Ward - Omni-directional burst heal for stragglers.
2. Enchanted Growth - If other healer can do the buff or is doing the buff there's no point in running this.
3. Fetcher Infection - No point in running this if there's a warden DPS or someone using rune of the colorless pool.
4. Blue Betty - Can drop if sustain is fantastic and someone's running igneous.
