The ESO Necrom chapter is planned to release in Q2 of 2023 - June 5th for PC/Mac and June 20th for consoles.
In this chapter, players will find themselves working with the Daedric Prince Hermaeus Mora. Mysterious forces are trying to learn the most forbidden secrets kept by the Prince of Fate. If they are successful, this knowledge could lead to the destruction of both Tamriel and Hermaeus Mora's own realm of Apocrypha.

(4 items) Adds 1487 Offensive Penetration (5 items) Increases your damage done against monsters by 7%. When you interrupt an enemy, you increase your damage done against monsters by an additional 7% for 10 seconds.

The Elder Scrolls Online's 2023 Chapter is called Necrom. It will take place in two main locations - the Telvanni Peninsula, including the ancient city of Necrom, unexplored since TES: Arena in 1994, and the Daedric Prince Hermaeus Mora's own Plane of Oblivion Apocrypha, which is said to contain all knowledge ever known, including secrets so dangerous that their discovery may threaten the fabric of reality itself.
Necrom is known as the City of the Dead, and Dunmer have been bringing their deceased here for many generations, a tradition which predates the Tribunal . Thus, the city rests upon an extensive network of catacombs. Despite being surrounded by Telvanni lands, Necrom has no affiliation among the Great Houses of the Dark Elves, and is respected by all Dark Elves regardless of their House loyalties.
