Rotation:

> Power of the Light > Solar Barrage > Barbed Trap > spam Puncturing Strikes. Reapply AoE and DoT as they run out.
> At 40% health, use Radiant Oppression instead of Puncturing Strikes.

Alternatively you can use Radiant Glory if you want more survivability for solo content and healer-less dungeon runs.

• Witchmother's Potent Brew/Clockwork Citrus Fillet instead of Ghastly Eyebowls if you need more health. 
• Deadly Cloak instead of Barbed Trap when fighting trash mobs.
• Pillar & Depths will bump this build up to 98k DPS if you're willing to do some grinding.
