1 Bar Lazy Assassin Sorc Plar Heavy Attack DD PvE - Nightblade Build - ESO
Heavy attack PvE build utilizing Oakensoul, Sergeant's Mail & Noble Duelist. I have tested with Wood Elf and it works, but with less damage. I suggest Khajiit for optimal damage output.
