*PvE

All 7 Pieces of light for reduced magicka spell cost and adds penetration, Breton for reduced spell cost, Shadow mundus for Crit Healing/Damage or Lover mundus for more penetration, or thief mundus.

Alteration Mastery reduces cost of all abilities by 6%; Vampire Lord reduces cost of all vampire abilities (increases magicka cost by 6% but AM helps negate this).

This build allows for great spamming being that a stage 4 vampire drains resources. Also allows for great ult generation (Minor heroism, exhilarating drain, and necrotic potency).

While in or out of combat Proc “Strike from the shadows” (300wp/sp damage) with “Unnatural Movement” passive (invisibility run) as a non nightblade or you can simply use an invisi pot, or stay in crouchas you explore.

Additionally, before battle unequip your Oakensoul ring then switch to your back bar then activate Sated Fury(300 wp/sp damage) then switch back to front bar and euip oakensoul again. Then when you begin a fight lead with staff and another 348 wp/sp damage. 

If you want to commit to healing stay with Shadow mundus and resto staff (heals are just fine but if you want amazing healing for fun) or want more damage stay with lightning staff and lover or thief mundus and swap out symphony of blade piece (light) for one piece of Valkyn Skoria (light) which gives an additional 1435 penetration.
