Alchemist Healer Builds: Oaken Priest - Nightblade PvP - ESO

These builds do not bring any buffs to the group, but instead the focus is on maximizing the healing output. Disclaimer: You need to spam potions constantly for the build to work.

Here are multiple variations of a healing build meant to maximize healing power via the Clever Alchemist Set and near constant availability of healing ultimate.

You can pick between Dual Swords or Resto Staff, and the build works best with Oakensoul Ring, but I will add some variations.
Set attributes to the values that you are comfortable on depedning on your race.

As you have only 1 sec downtime on Clever Alchemist, you can drop one enchant for more SP or Recovery at the risk of it being down for 6 extra seconds. You should use a potion as soon as available while you are in combat.

Siphoning and Daedric Summoning are primary for Ultimate use. And then pick the healing class of choice. Restoring Light works the best.

I will also give a bit different options for CPs, see what feels right for your group.

Empower	Increases the damage of your Heavy Attacks by 70%.
Gallop	Increases Mounted Speed by 15%
Major Brutality	Increases Weapon Damage by 20%
Major Mending	Increases Healing Done by 16%
Major Prophecy	Increases Spell Critical chance by 12%
Major Resolve	Increases Physical Resistance and Spell Resistance by 5948
Major Savagery	Increases Weapon Critical by 12%
Major Sorcery	Increases Spell Damage by 20%
Minor Aegis	Decreases Damage Taken in Dungeons & Trials by 5%
Minor Berserk	Increases all damage done by 5%
Minor Courage	Increases Weapon Damage and Spell Damage by 215
Minor Endurance	Increases your Stamina Recovery by 15%
Minor Force	Increases Critical Damage by 10%
Minor Fortitude	Increases Health Recovery by 15%
Minor Heroism	Grants 1 Ultimate every 1.5 seconds
Minor Intellect	Increases your Magicka Recovery by 15%
Minor Mending	Increases Healing Done by 8%
Minor Protection	Reduces damage taken by 5%
Minor Slayer	Increases damage dealt in Dungeons and Trials by 5%
