Replacements for Spell Power Cure:

Harpooner’s Wading Kilt
Death Dealers Fete
Magma Incarnate
DPS Monstersets (Nerien'eth, Grothdarr, Maw of the Infernal, etc.)
2x Critical Chance

Rotation: Every 10 Seconds: DoT 1 - DoT 2 - DoT 3 - DoT 4 - Combat Prayer - HoT

Use Remaining 4 Seconds to dynamically refresh Barbed Trap/Siphon Spirit, heal if necessary, otherwise spam Puncturing Sweeps/Radiant Oppression
Prebuff at least Siphon Spirit, Combat Prayer & HoT
Also prebuff Barbed Trap and DoTs if possible
Use you ultimate on cooldown or safe up more for longer Major Slayer
Use damage stops to reset rotation, heal up and refill resources
