Keep up your arcanist buffs,
use totem to fearlock in place,
drop caltrops,
use arc shield as needed,
siphon souls as available,
Use scythe as needed in large pulls
Use Siphoning abilities to help heal the group/with your sustain
DONT TOUCH THE WW ULT, it's to help with stam regen
The arcanist ult is your uh-oh button.

This build essentially shreds enemy defenses and buffs your groups crit damage, thus increasing how fast things die :)

Gallop	Increases Mounted Speed by 15%
Major Breach	Reduces Physical and Spell Resistance by 5948
Major Brutality	Increases Weapon Damage by 20%
Major Cowardice	Reduces Weapon Damage and Spell Damage by 430
Major Protection	Reduces damage taken by 10%
Major Resolve	Increases Physical Resistance and Spell Resistance by 5948
Major Sorcery	Increases Spell Damage by 20%
Minor Aegis	Decreases Damage Taken in Dungeons & Trials by 5%
Minor Breach	Reduces Physical and Spell Resistance by 2974
Minor Courage	Increases Weapon Damage and Spell Damage by 215
Minor Evasion	Reduces damage taken from Area of Effect attacks by 10%
Minor Maim	Reduces damage done by 5%
Minor Protection	Reduces damage taken by 5%
Minor Resolve	Increases Physical Resistance and Spell Resistance by 2974
