Pure DK with high burst.
Focus on putting DOTs and Status Effects on your target while building Pyre Brand stacks. Then use Dawnbreaker & a Heavy Attack to proc Marrselok & Pyre Brand for HUGE burst.
DK is very survivable as is, and has great sustain. Plus using your heavy attack will be a great way to keep resources up. Added a starter friendly option. The gear required is more common/easier to acquire. While making it easier to survive and sustain/keep resources up.
