GEAR:
Mark of the Pariah - This set makes you SO hard to kill, making you tougher as you lose health. It is important for a healer to act tanky in PVP, so Pariah being Heavy Armor in addition to it's set bonuses is fantastic.
Robes of Transmutation - This build is created with a Healing Over Time (hot) focus, and this set is why. While your target has a hot on them they get tougher, and it counts for youself and for your allies.
Armor of the Trainee - One line of health is all it's used for.
Oakensoul Ring - makes this a 1-bar build in trade for a plethora of static major and minor buffs.

SKILLS: FRONT BAR
Streak - Movement enabling skill, helps you teleport around when you need to escape combat or travel long distances. It will stun enemies who you teleport through as well.
Honor the Dead - Your burst heal, use this if someone is going down fast. Make sure the target you want to heal with this skill is in front of you or you won't heal them.
Polar Wind - This is a hot that has an initial heal, then a ticking heal over time afterward to you and to one other person. The heal scales off your max health, which is good because of how much health you have already.
Echoing Vigor - This is another hot, and it heals everyone around you over time. This effect is 'sticky,' of which i mean to say that when you affect a target with this hot, it will stay on them until it runs out no matter where they go, even out of range.
Defensive Stance - Gived a damage shield and increases the amount you can block while recusing the cost of blocking. Good for when enemies are focusing you.
BACK BAR
Radiant Aura - This skill is on the backbar despite you being unable to use your backbar due to Oakensoul Ring. It will gives you the buffs it offers though, Minor Endurance, Minor Intellect, and Minor Fortitude.
ULTIMATE:
Practiced Incantation - A large hot that also prevents you from being snared or stunned for its duration. This morph specifically allows you to move around while channelling it which is necessary. A stationary target is a dead target.
