Guide

Build Explanation

Frontbar (Sword and Board)

When you're about to engage on a fight, pop your Phantasmal Escape iconPhantasmal Escape as a way to mitigate AOE damage (Major Evasion), also you can roll-dodge for free after taking 5 direct hits (as long as it's active). Remember to refresh this skill every 12 seconds in order to keep your Major Resolve up - Shadow Barrier iconShadow Barrier.

Then, use your Inner Rage iconInner Rage on the targeted enemy and have up to 3 teammates synergize with the ability as a way to avoid the target to go into stealth (it only becomes a DoT when an ally synergizes with it).

Use your Mystic Orb iconMystic Orb in two cases: everytime your group moves, the Orb has to follow you as a means of resource recovery, and also to deal damage to nearby enemies. You walked five meters? Pop it again!

Merciless Resolve iconMerciless Resolve deals damage when you have five or more stacks, but only use it when the enemy is either low-health or you need to heal while on the frontbar (use in melee range).

If for some reason you're being heavily targeted, use your Shadowy Disguise iconShadowy Disguise to reposition yourself. Make sure you don't have any DoTs on you, otherwise the damage will get you out of stealth. Pop it and vanish!

Backbar (Restoration Staff)

Healthy Offering iconHealthy Offering is the best single-target burst heal in the game as it costs very little magicka and provides you with Minor Mending: all subsequent heal ticks will be 8% more effective for the next 10 seconds.

Use your Radiating Regeneration iconRadiating Regeneration proactively as it is your main source of providing Critical Resistance from Robes of Transmutation iconRobes of Transmutation. Pop it once per 3 allies (+1 just to be safe). If you're in a group of 12 members, pop it 5 times.

Blessing of Restoration iconBlessing of Restoration is your AOE spammable. Use it whenever multiple allies need healing, while also providing a little bit of resistance (Minor Resolve).

Refreshing Path iconRefreshing Path is a source of Major Expedition for the group. Pop it when engaging, when retreating, when stationary... Pop whenever, just for fun! No, but for reals now, it provides resource recovery as well, hence why it's important to pop it on cooldown.

Siphoning Attacks iconSiphoning Attacks is here for multiple reasons: it provides you resource in exchange for some health; you heal AND restore magicka when you deal damage every second; you can also use it as a way to proc your Robes of Transmutation iconRobes of Transmutation on yourself.
