Double the Beam: Trash - Arcanist Build PvE - ESO

This is a very standard Herald/Ass/Dawn setup. I only picked the most important passives from the subclassed lines for this, in case you have skill point issues.

Gear: 

I went with Deadly+Ansuul because it is versatile and works in most situations. For pure single target fights Tide-Born+Null Arca will be slightly better, or Deadly+Null Arca if you don't need the line of pen. Trash setup can be Sul-Xan + either Deadly or Tide-born, if you don't have Sul-Xan daggers a lightning staff can be front-barred or you can put Sul-Xan on body - you'll hardly notice the difference if you notice it at all. If you don't have Sul-Xan just keep Ansuul throughout.

CP: 

Weapons Expert and Exploiter can be considered as flex. Only slot Exploiter if you have reliable Off-Balance procs in the group comp. Alternative CPs: Backstabber/Fighting Finesse if under crit cap, Reaving Blows for some self heal.
