Rotation:

> Power of the Light > Solar Barrage > Deadly Cloak > spam Puncturing Strikes. Reapply AoE and DoT as they run out.
> At 40% health, use Radiant Oppression instead of Puncturing Strikes.

Alternatively you can use Radiant Glory if you want more survivability for solo content and healer-less dungeon runs.

Flex options:

• Witchmother's Potent Brew/Clockwork Citrus Fillet instead of Ghastly Eyebowls if you need more health. 
• Deadly Cloak instead of Barbed Trap when fighting trash mobs.
• Deadly instead of Pillar. DPS loss is only ~800 (yes, really), so use whatever is easier to obtain. Do note that Deadly is sometimes preferred as it hits harder when fighting trash mobs.
