 Since dizzy swing proc’s off balance, it interrupts enemies; Therefore, Ansuul’s is a perfect match. Tarnished Nightmare is similar to Pillar of Nirn but in a more powerful AOE and the set boasts one of the best crit chance stats in the game at a whopping 1,971. Now if that doesn’t sell you on this set, then just go look at the Sundered status effect. Kjalnir’s Nightmare isn’t just for fashion, or a catchy play-on-words. When you Light Weave effectively it is one of the highest DPS monster set in the game and is by far the most consistent.
 

Now down to the Nitty-Gritty. At 28% Target HP use Killers Blade as your main spam and stop using dizzy swing. Rotation will go from LEFT to RIGHT as seen on the skill bars, starting on the Back Bar, With a Light Attack (LA) in between each ability. This will cancel your animation on the last used ability and increase your DPS considerably. Most importantly ONLY use the Incapacitating Strike Ultimate at 120 ULT.

Cloak→ LA→ Claw→ LA→ Trap→ LA→ Skeleton→ LA→ Mark→ BAR SWAP→ Merciless→ LA→ DS/KB→ LA→ Bones→ LA→ DS/KB→ LA→ Siphon→ LA→ Bones→ REPEAT→ BAR SWAP (Roughly every 20 seconds).

10% HP→ BOSS EXECUTION PHASE:

BB = Cloak→ LA→ Trap→ LA→ Skeleton→ BAR SWAP→ 

FB = Bones→ LA→ KB→ LA→ Siphon→ LA→ KB→ LA→ KB→ Bones→ LA→ REPEAT FB→ SWAP to BB(roughly every 20 seconds).
