Unholy Fortress of Death - Necromancer Build PvE - ESO

Playstyle: Open by taunting the biggest enemy present, then follow up with Power Bash to proc Call of the Void. This will pull all pullable enemies in the area to you and apply major maim after two seconds. This reduces their damage by 10%. 

Once they've been pulled in, drop Unnerving Boneyard to apply major breach, reducing their armor. Follow this up with Agony Totem, for minor vulnerability, 5% more damage taken. 

Once your ultimate charges, you can cast Colossus for major vulnerability (10% more damage taken), major force (20%+ crit damage for your team) via Saxhleel, and this also procs Nazarray, extending all debuffs on your enemies. Since we're running Necrotic Potency, we'll have significantly increased ultimate generation, allowing us to use it fairly often.

As per usual, the perfected gear is nice to have, but not necessary to make the build work.
