Craftable + purchasable gear, no trial gear needed. Using Deadly, Tide-Born & Oakensoul. Tested on Iron Atronach Target Dummy.

Pros & Cons

Pros

  • Easy rotation
  • No trial/dungeon gear farming
  • Uses craftable & purchasable gear (minus Oakensoul)
  • Suitable for endgame content
  • Good survivability thanks to Puncturing Sweeps
  • No subclassing necessary
  • Good for both AoE and single-targets
  • Oakensoul makes us less reliant on group buffs

Cons

  • Not optimized for solo arenas
  • Requires lead grinding for Oakensoul
  • Doesn't speed up the development time of TES:VI

Rotation:

> Shooting Star > Power of the Light > Solar Barrage > Ritual of Retribution > spam Puncturing Strikes. Reapply AoE and DoT as they run out.
> At 40% health, use Radiant Oppression instead of Puncturing Strikes.

Flex options:

  • Witchmother's Potent Brew/Clockwork Citrus Fillet instead of Ghastly Eyebowls if you need more health. 
  • Deadly Cloak instead of Ritual of Retribution when dealing with bosses that move around a lot.
  • Radiant Glory instead of Radiant Oppression if you want more survivability for solo content and healer-less dungeon runs.
