If you do not have either, use Deadly Strike (PvP-Set)
For the Jabs build, do not use the Ultimate Ability in content.
We keep it at 500 Ultimate for massive Health Regeneration from “Strategic Resolve” (Red CP Slottable).
The summoned Bear does not consume Ultimate but does still passively deal decent damage.

This is my well-tested Nightblade build for all PvE content. It shines in Veteran Solo Arenas (can Score-Push) and Veteran Dungeons. I reach 80 - 100k dps with this.
