Either of the 4 races shown are viable but High Elf is best for sustain without losing much damage output.
added a few passives that are for convenience but are not needed (Legermain , Excavation , Thieves Guild , Dark Brotherhood , Psijic Order).
Crunchy Spider Skewer food with Essence of Speed Potions would be best for Damage and resource sustain but you could use Jewels of Misrule with Essence of health/Crown Tri-Restoration Potions if you need the extra Health and Survivability.
