Warrior of the Light - One Bar Magplar - Templar Build PvE - ESO

I put 64 points into Health for more survivability as I get sufficient magicka and magicka sustain from the High Elf passives and the Atronach mundus.

Class Masteries - Bright Harbinger and Judgment's Brand

Mundus - You take your pick depending on your preferences and your race choice. Atronach for Magicka sustain, Lover for more Penetration, Thief for more crit etc.

Rotation - Start the rotation with Power of the Light to trigger Bright Harbinger then Ritual of Retribution. Apply Elemental Susceptibility for your Major Breach then attack with Puncturing Sweep. Throw in Crescent Sweep whenever it is ready and renew Power of the Light and Ritual of Retribution when they end. Use Radiant Glory as your execute when you get the enemy's health below 33%. 

Alternates: 
Swap Elemental Susceptibility for Razor Caltrops for damage, movement debuff and Breach for larger groups.
Swap Power of the Light for the other morph Purifying Light if you need more healing, though you may need to keep a closer eye on your magicka sustain, depending on your choice of race.

I'm still experimenting with skill so I've been using some fairly standard gear. Note: changing armour may require a different Mundus to compensate, ie. loss of crit from changing from Order's Wrath.
