Runeguard of freedom gives group a long minor resolve and minor evasion buff, increasing group armor by 3000 and reducing aoe dmg taken by 10%.
Banner bearer gives you and your group increased survivabilty while in the banner and gives minor heroisme for your group, opening up the option to go tri-pot for whole group.
The pulling ability of this setup is insane, pull in close enemies with soul burst, let Archers get pulled in passively and pull in the rest with soul burst.
Major and minor maim is applied with soul burst and runic sunder, decreasing enemy hits by 15%
For boss fights soul burst skill should be swapped for elemental susceptibility, to apply minor vulnerability and minor brittle through its status effects.
