Optimal health is 35k-45k, mag and stam 25k-35k, but wont matter too much.
Any and all items in this build aren't hard to get, but it'll take you longer to trait than to actually acquire.
ROTATION OF ABILITIES! INCREDIBLY IMPORTANT!
(note; This is a starter build, so nothing new to seasoned players, but it is a practically unkillable tank.)
First, just before going into a fight, use self buffs on front bar(igneous shield, hardened armor), team buff(igneous weapons), swap to backbar and use self heals and group heals(green dragon blood, echoing vigor), team shield(wall of elements), then pull boss(dest. clench), swap back to front bar and reapply self buffs, hit with ransack. Use ransack every 15 seconds, 14 to be safe, keep vigor and self buffs up, use dragon blood when needed. Pots are purely to re-up your attributes, so use when needed. Obviously have food on, and if you dont have access to the venison, just run crown meals.
