Sword and Shield gives more mitigation but forces to play around not perma blocking duo to stamina block costs and no stamina regen while blocking, with staves and nearly only magicka costing skills we dont need stamina regen

Focused Efforts and with this build in particular Attuned Enhancements is absolute core together with Ice Avatar, Iron Atronach and Undead Avatar everything else can go into mitigation and or is just a sweet little bonus but something that makes the build even layzier and rely on less casted skills is getting all 3 stacks of Apocryphal Emissary and here are some overs to look out for:
