The Perfect Storm - Magicka Sorcerer DPS Build for PvE: Beginner - - ESO

The waves from the depths, the winds of Relequen, the fist of the storm, and the natural lightning of the sorcerer! All of this combines into the perfect storm!

Welcome to my Magicka Sorcerer build! My main build felt a bit weak this patch, so I decided to go and theory-craft a bit. Here are my results: Awesome!  The build overall feels very strong in whatever content I decide to do. Having the camouflaged hunter skill on both bars also provides a nice flex slot. For instance, If I'm on the last boss in vVH, I'm swapping my back bar flex spot out for bolt escape. Or if I want to tank some normal dungeons, swap it out for inner fire. 

To prove out the survivability of the build, I recently removed all of my CP and went into vMA. Still died 8 times because I was being stupid and got a bit relaxed, but still managed to finish off with ~530k score.
