This build can:  

• Solo/Group Arena V
• Trial N(except Cloudrest; requires swap for mechanics)
• Dungeon V(If you know mechs well)
  Werewolf is better.
• Night Market Dungeons, Opulent Ordeal

Rotation / Flow

1. Preparation: Cast Deep Fissure and so on before battle.
2. Engage: Procs [Noble Duelist’s Silks].
3. HA & Weaving:
   You don't need to worry about applying Off-Balance. Mountain Giant triggers it automatically. Simple and effective.

Subclass

[Animal Companions] and [Earthen Heart] are fixed. You can choose 3rd skill line for ULT and passives.

• T1: Aedric Spear
• Ne1: Grave Lord
• S3: Storm Calling

NB -> You must be wolf.
Arc -> You must be beam.

Skills

Fixed skills ... from [Animal Companions], Deep Fissure Betty Netch Screaming Cliff Racer.
As 4th skill, pick at least 1 skill from [Earthen Heart] for its passives. Maybe Igneous Weapons Shatterspike Mantle Volcanic Ward.

Skills should have long-lasting effects or be self-sustaining, because HA builds can only cast skills every 3 seconds. Deep Fissure requires recasting every nine seconds, Screaming Cliff Racer every ten seconds, and Betty Netch every twenty-five seconds for maximum efficiency. The rotation is almost full. Adding high-DPS skills to the 4th and 5th slots will likely not improve your actual DPS.

4th & 5th Skill Options

• Volcanic Ward
  SUPER SHIELD and can save your group members.
• Swarm (Growing Swarm  or Fetcher Infection)
  Default as DD.
• Shatterspike Mantle
  Strengthen your HA.
• Igneous Weapons
  This skill doesn't disrupt your rotation, allowing you to maintain high DPS.
• Magma Fist !!! NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!
  On the contrary, this skill disrupt your rotation. Spam Dive rather than the skill.

Tips / Addon Recommendations

Enchant

I usually share the gears( Sergeant's Mail, Noble Duelist's Silks) via my house storage. 
These gears should preferably be enchanted with Tri-stats because this build does not have heavy spam skills. 
With Tri-stat gear, you can use the same set for both stamina and magicka builds.

Stamina Convertible

The build doesn't need to be magicka type. If you want to be stamina, Animal Companions's morph can be adjusted. Cutting Dive or Screaming Cliff Racer, Blue Betty or Bull Netch.

Curse

For pure PvE, Vampire isn’t needed. HA builds are resource-friendly, so skill costs rarely matter.

Addon

• Caro's Skill Point Saver
  This addon lets you auto-respec all your skills, CP, and attributes. Keep empty armory slot, and respec to any build you want.
• XL Gear Banker
  This addon lets you bulk deposit and withdraw your gear to and from your bank or house storage. You can share common gears which you frequently use account-wide.
