Notes on Class Variations and Sets
Below are some additional notes regarding class adjustments and gear sets for this build:
- Class Choice & Survivability: If you are struggling with survivability, I recommend switching from the Sorcerer (Storm Calling) to the Templar (Restoring Light) for better defensive capabilities.
- Warden vs. Necromancer: The Necromancer setup can be swapped out for a Warden (Animal Companions). The main advantage of the Warden is the sustain provided by the Betty Netch on the backbar. If you make this swap, replace Blastbones with Deep Fissure.
- Weapon Adjustments: If your Magicka sustain on the backbar feels lackluster, switch to a Frost Staff with the Defending trait instead of using Sword and Shield.
- Conclusion: Generally speaking, the Nightblade remains the best fit for this skill setup, primarily because the spectral bow proc and the spammable are incredibly effective.
