Scions of Ithelia DLC for ESO.

Scions of Ithelia is a DLC for the Elder Scrolls Online, released for PC/Mac on March 11th 2024, and PlayStation and Xbox on March 26th 2024. It includes two new dungeons for players to take on - as usual, the dungeons can be played in Normal, Veteran or Veteran Hardmode difficulties, and there will be an array of special achievements and rewards to be earned for players who complete the dungeon's various challenges. 

The two new dungeons introduced in Scions of Ithelia are Oathsworn Pit and Bedlam Veil. 

The storyline found within the dungeons is relevant to the story of the following Gold Road Chapter, released in the summer of 2024, however the stories can also be enjoyed as a standalone experience.

(2 items) Attacking an enemy with a fully-charged Heavy Attack throws an axe at your enemy, dealing 1572 Physical damage and reducing their Armor by 400 for 5 seconds. This effect can occur once every 10 seconds and scales off the higher of your Weapon or Spell Damage. The axe drops to the ground after traveling to your target for 5 seconds. Touching the axe reduces the cooldown of this set by 5 seconds.

(5 items) After taking direct damage three times within 5 seconds, you create a 5 meter area for 10 seconds that grants Grounding to you and group members, reducing the cost of roll dodging by 20% and increasing block mitigation by 12% for 15 seconds. This effect can occur once every 10 seconds.

(5 items) On dealing damage, summon a Cindermoth that chases your target without mercy for 8 seconds. If your target dies before the moth reaches them, it seeks a new target within 8 meters. The first enemy that nears the Cindermoth causes it to stop and burst after 1 second, dealing 1283 Flame Damage and Burning enemies within 8 meters. This can occur once every 8 seconds and scales off your Weapon or Spell Damage.

(5 items) When you taunt an enemy, gain a stack of Broken Shards for 5 seconds, up to 5 stacks max. You can only gain one stack every 1 second. When Broken Shards ends, you release the stacks in an 8 meter blast, dealing 920 Physical Damage to enemies hit and applying Major Maim to them for 3 seconds per stack of Broken Shards consumed, reducing their damage done by 10%. The damage scales off your Max Health.

(2 items) When your healing critically strikes, your target gains a Hydroglass Damage Shield that absorbs up to 2692 damage for 6 seconds. While the Damage Shield holds and for 3 seconds after it ends, the target gains Minor Force, increasing their Critical Damage done by 10%. This effect can occur once every 6 seconds per target.
