This Build is more for people that are experienced in the combat system of ESO. 

You can use this Build if you are new, You might have to switch an ability out with a shield !

I have a ton of fun with this build.

Abilities:

Keep Merciless Resolve, Siphoning Attacks and Channeled Acceleration at all times.

Make sure you saves you Incaps ( Ultimate ) on the bigger mobs.

I use the Destro Ult personally at the Ice stage at the last boss on the last platform to destroy all the mobs and boss at the same time.
