Prebuff:Activate Overload and summon both Pets,  activate both Pets, step closer:

Start with Stampede + Hurricane, swap to your Frontbar, use Deadric Prey + Spamm Crystal Fragment (use Fragment Proc as soon as possible), keep up your Dots with Fragment as spammable until 20%. At 20% drop Crystal Fragment cast (not the Proc) for Mages Wrath in Combination with Fragment

Side Note: Prioritize the Crystal Fragment Proc over everything! Try to keep up Pillar of Nirn around every 10 seconds. With Overload at the Beginning, don't drop below 170 Ulti Points otherwise you will be stuck with Overload until O Ulti, drop your Atronarch at around 180+ Ulti Points!
