Guide

Build Explaination

Arterial Burst with Force Pulse or magicka morph if you have a helaer in your group or usually outnumbered.

Default traits on rings also good.

Impen is good with many Oakensoul Ring builds around.

Put damage glyphs if recovery is good. It is more likely you will have a Dragonknight in your group than a Templar but if you have a premade use Spell damage glyphs instead of Weapon Damage ones.
