Fairly simple healer build that provides a lot of sustain by existing. No-Champion points are included in the build as it is very flexible and you can frankly build how you want without burning the pot per se.
I would switch out
Cryptcanon Vestments for 2-piece
Sentinel of Rkugamz in 12-person content but it is amazing in 4-person content. Try to use [Crypt Transfer] at about 300 ultimate so you don't over-cap people's ultimates too much.
Echoing Vigor for most damage,
Radiating Regeneration as well for higher amounts of damage,
Tidal Chakram for when your group is low but not in immediate danger and
Cascading Fortune for intense heal checks and panic moments. Even if your party isn't taking any damage, I'd keep up
Echoing Vigor just to make sure you have decent uptime on
Ink-Scribe's Verve.
For damage, make sure to use
Recuperative Treatise before fights start and whenever you have a good chance to reapply it.
Reconstructive Domain can help your group's sustain and healing but I guarantee* you everyone will stand 2 inches outside of it.
Fulminating Rune provides a lot of damage and synergy activation so keep it up if you can. Anytime you don't need to heal, spam
Writhing Runeblades and if you know you don't need crux for healing immediately, pop
Pragmatic Fatecarver potentially twice with
Fate Realigned.
Charging Maneuver is a useful mobility tool for large arenas and getting between pulls but it can easily be swapped out for another piece of utility. To an extent, you can also swap out
Tidal Chakram as its uses are minimal.
