Fairly simple healer build that provides a lot of sustain by existing. No-Champion points are included in the build as it is very flexible and you can frankly build how you want without burning the pot per se.

Anytime you don't need to heal, spam Writhing Runeblades iconWrithing Runeblades and if you know you don't need crux for healing immediately, pop Pragmatic Fatecarver iconPragmatic Fatecarver potentially twice with Fate Realigned iconFate Realigned.

Charging Maneuver iconCharging Maneuver is a useful mobility tool for large arenas and getting between pulls but it can easily be swapped out for another piece of utility. To an extent, you can also swap out Tidal Chakram iconTidal Chakram as its uses are minimal.
