Sets and skills in variations are not exclusive; you can switch between them. They are just examples of what sets and what skills you can use. Play with attributes, I just guessed it here. 
Vamp / Attributes are a personal choice; see what feels well for you. 

Two burst heals are only for convenience, if you are confident that you don't need it swith backbar one for something more useful.
