Guide

Build Explaination

Pretty tanky build

Res go up to 28k

30k HP

26/27k Stamina

Damage => 4k unbuffed, 4.8k buffed

Pen : 10k unbuffed, 13k buffed

Stam Regen at 1100 => Adding potion buffs + Mystic Siphon + Mortal Coil + Passive from living undeath and you get up to over 2k.

Skellies summons cost basically nothing to cast with Summoner's armor + reusable parts

You generate corpses pretty quickly thanks to blastbones + venomous skull + your summons

HoTs are what make this build viable, you need to maintain a 100% uptime on :

  • Mortal Coil : Heal over time + magicka/stam regen
  • Spirit Guardian : 10% damage mitigation + HoT

Then you have the bursts / temp heals :

  • Renewing undeath : always use on a corpse to remove status effects and debuffs + gain 5k heal + 5k over time (you can recast skeletal archer, summoner's armor or Spirit Guardian to create a new corpse right before casting this one)
  • Deaden Pain : short duration heal over time + ult generation, try to spam it as much as you can to generate Ultimates.

Damage is built over time on this build.

Against low res/low hp opponents you may just rotate this way (don't start combat without having Archer Skeleton + Summoner Armor + Healing Spirit active) :

  • Blighted Blastbones (Burst + disease + defile + corpse generation)
  • Ruinous Scythe (melee) - Venom Skull (Range) (Start damaging the enemy while the blastbones is charging)
  • Mystic Siphon (starts the DoTs + stam regen)
  • Venom Skull (+50% poison damage thx to the 3 first skills + corpse generation)
  • Mortal Coil (Heal + Stam/Magicka regen)
  • Ruinous Scythe (add bleed + healing + damage)
  • Blighted Blastbones (Your last burst probably on a low res enemy)
  • Venom Skull (+50% damage again and corpse generation)

This short rotation should be enough for a 22/23k HP enemy with around 18k Res (Medium/Light armor)

If they are still alive and/or have better resistance/hp :

  • Keep a similar rotation, use the corpses generation from Venomous Skull + Blastbones + renewing your summons + armor for Ultimate generation.
  • From there you have a choice between :
    • Rend : really good DoT - after around 10s of it you should try and make sure to add some blastbone + loaded venom skull to burst the enemy
    • Reanimate corpses : use that ultimate on 3 generated Corpses to create 3 Blastbones, cast another Blastbone on top of that, and finish off with a Venomous Skull
      • 1 Blastbone should deal around 7k Damage to players. 12/14k on crit. 4 Blastbones can deal anywhere between 28 and 44k damage within a second.
      • Boosted Venomous Skull should deal almost as much damage. That's 35k guaranteed within 2 seconds of fighting.

This build is still under trial, so far it's got good surviving tools and manages pretty well in Cyrodiil, when on the offensive.

It might require some small tinkering to make it work as best as it can.

Good luck !
