We are using Conservation of Energy mastery class passive for a great sustain of our enormous Magicka pool (62k). Without this passive you are going to deplete your Magicka fast and it's not fun.
We are using Font of Power mastery class passive because it complements the concept greatly and gives us 35% more Spell Damage.
We are using simple combo of two skills:
Shocking Contingency > Shocking Burst.
Shocking Burst must always have Minor Breach, because it applies to the damage of Burst and Contingency.
Shocking Contingency can have Minor Force or Minor Resolve, depends if you want more damage or more defense.
Prebuffs:
Dark Deal + Critical Surge
Utility:
We are using Razor Caltrops in most cases, but if you need a single target option, use Elemental Susceptibility.
Hurricane for speed and moar lightning damage!
Regenerative Ward for some Magicka, Stamina Recovery and more defenses.
Backbar DoTs:
Use them if you need to sweat a little bit
Ultimates:
Use Flawless Dawnbreaker if you need a damage burst or Eye of Lightning if you want to become a lightning God!
