Guide

Build Explaination

This is a “simple” tank, that is built around passives from skill lines that get some of your most important attributes set to levels that will take you close to capped values in resistance and blocking as much as possible without you having to add resistance or add blocking mitigation and reduce block cost  by active skills.

The way to use this build is as a base for developing your own build and slotting in skills you can use in different scenarios as much as possible. As well as the Dragonknight and Warden passives, you can also develop skills like Impenetrable brute in Heavy Armor or Spell wall or Undaunted skills

Must haves:

1 Skill on each bar from Earthen Heart, Igneous shield is the most useful. Cinder Storm and Igneous Weapons are options if you get more comfortable doing bar swaps.

2 Skills on each bar from Winter's Embrace. Polar Wind is a must it is a very strong heal. In tough fights where you maybe don't have too many adds to deal with you could slot Expansive Frost cloak which adds major resolve to your group, rather than gripping shards. Permafrost is a nice ultimate you can use to give major protection and also slow and debuff enemies.

1 Skill from Draconic Power is optional but to take full advantage of Burning Heart (9% healing received for an active skill)  and Elder Dragon (adds 323 health recovery for a slotted skill) passives it is advised on at least one bar. Green Dragon Blood is my choice because it gives 30% increases to health  and stamina recovery by 30% and gives another 6% healing received and  6% damage shield increase.

Bear in mind that ultimate skills count.

The way I use this is I have the same 3 skills on both bars in the same order and places. That way when i find I'm on the wrong bar in a hard fight I still have access to healing, a shield and boosting my recovery. Thats a personal choice. You can use whichever skills you like from these trees to suit the need of the battle.

Crimson Oath procs on buffs applied to you or allies so just about any skill you use will fire the 3541 armor debuff at enemies, even on the Solid Defence version.

Monster Sets you can choose whichever you wish, Tremorscale, Archdruid Devyric, Stonekeeper as long as you use sturdy/ reinforced as the trait.  If you use Medium and light monster pieces, best to go with sturdy, though personally I'd stick with heavy reinforced to begin with.
