How does it work?:
Maintain all your DoT's and Power of the Light on the enemy target and use Puncturing Sweep as spammeble.
Below 45% enemy health: start using Radiant Oppression instead of Puncturing Sweep.
Below 15% enemy health: refresh the important DoT's for the last time and keep using Radiant Oppression until the enemy target is dead.
Tips:
For PvE content you can choose to use the Radiant Glory morph instead of Radiant Oppression for more survivability and healing.
Video below does not yet include the banner ability but the rotation is pretty much the same.
