Lefthander's Aegis Belt is a Mythic ring item which is obtainable for players who own the High Isle expansion.
To obtain the Lefthander's Aegis Belt, you will need to find five leads. When you have found them all, the item will automatically construct itself in the highest quality.
The Lefthander's Aegis Belt changes how your dodge rolls work, removing their damage evasion but instead giving you a very strong but short-lived shield. The shield is not affected by Battle Spirit, making it perfect for PvP.
Lefthander's Aegis Belt damage shield effectIn order to start the process of obtaining the Lefthander's Aegis Belt, you will need to have access to the Greymoor DLC, either by owning it or by having an active ESO Plus subscription. You also need to have the Excavation and Scrying skill lines at at least rank 7 in order to scry and dig for master level leads. You will need to get the following leads in order to construct the Lefthander's Aegis Belt:
(1 item) While Crouched, you can see Witnesses and Guards through walls.
Successfully pickpocketing a Witness or Guard applies Distracted to them for 10 seconds, stunning your target. Decreases your detection radius in Stealth by 30 meters against Distracted targets.
(1 item) Gain up to 1528 Critical Chance and 10% increased Inspiration, Alliance Rank, Alliance skill, and 15% monster kill experience based off how many books of Shalidor's Library have been collected.
(1 item) Increase the damage of your Light Attacks by 900.
When you deal damage with consecutive melee Light Attacks, gain a stack of Belharza's Temper for 10 seconds, up to 5 stacks max. At 5 stacks, consume Belharza's Temper and after 1 second, deal 1471 Physical Damage to enemies in a line and stun them for 3 seconds. This effect can occur once every 10 seconds and scales off the higher of your Weapon or Spell Damage.
