Lefthander's Aegis Belt is a Mythic ring item which is obtainable for players who own the High Isle expansion. 

To obtain the Lefthander's Aegis Belt, you will need to find five leads. When you have found them all, the item will automatically construct itself in the highest quality. 

The Lefthander's Aegis Belt changes how your dodge rolls work, removing their damage evasion but instead giving you a very strong but short-lived shield. The shield is not affected by Battle Spirit, making it perfect for PvP.
