This New ESO Mythic Will Make Dodge Spamming Even More Annoying

The Lefthander's Aegis Belt (ESO High Isle Mythic Item) looks like it will make dodge spamming even more annoying to deal with.

If you have spent any time playing PvP in the Elder Scrolls Online, then you have probably encountered some opposing players who are able to avoid huge amounts of damage by spamming dodge roll. This is so powerful because you can substantially decrease the cost of dodge rolling by making use of the Athletics passive while wearing Medium Armor, and the vast majority of highly damaging skills in the game are single-target abilities which, unlike AOEs, can be easily dodge rolled. 

One thing that currently can bypass dodge rolls is AOE damage, but it seems like even that might be changing soon...
